- Oversee and coordinate the daily movement and scheduling of company vehicles to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Develop and implement efficient routing strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise and train drivers and logistics staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to align vehicle movement with production and delivery timelines.
- Analyze transportation data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and inspection records.
- Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in vehicle movement, fleet management, or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of managing vehicle fleets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Experience in training and supervising staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing operational needs.
