Video Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of video solutions for events, productions, and live shows.

• Oversee video systems including LED screens, projection systems, media servers, and broadcast equipment.

• Manage video teams, technicians, and external vendors when required.

• Collaborate with lighting, audio, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of all AVL elements.

• Supervise setup, testing, operation, and dismantling of video equipment.

• Ensure all video systems operate efficiently and meet technical standards.

• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets related to video production.

• Troubleshoot technical issues during rehearsals and live events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Media Production, Broadcast Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in video production or video systems management within events, live production, or broadcast environments.

• Strong knowledge of LED screens, projection systems, media servers, and video signal workflows.

• Experience managing video teams and large-scale event productions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on large events, concerts, conferences, or live productions.

• Familiarity with media server systems and video control software.

• Strong understanding of video signal distribution and technical infrastructure.
