About Think Properties:

Think Properties is a leading Dubai based Real Estate Agency. We’re looking for a creative Videographer / Graphic Designer with strong graphic design skills, a visual storyteller who can produce scroll-stopping, trend-driven videos and engaging designs that drive real estate leads.

The Role:

Join our Marketing team as a Videographer / Graphic Designer with a strong focus on editing (around 70–80% of your time), plus graphic design and creative visuals. You’ll produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, and design supporting graphics that elevate our brand presence across platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit videos (80% of time): Create eye-catching real estate videos with fast cuts, cinematic transitions, text animations, colour grading, and music syncing for Dubai’s luxury market.

• Design visuals & graphics: Create modern, on-brand graphics such as thumbnails, social media posts, stories, ad creatives, property highlights, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Shoot on location: Film property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and photoshoots at villas, apartments, and commercial properties across Dubai.

• Create social content: Develop vertical 9:16 videos with subtitles, hooks, transitions, and viral effects optimised for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all videos and graphics follow Think Properties’ visual identity, fonts, colours, and style.

• Stay current: Adapt trending content styles, editing techniques, and graphic styles to suit UAE and GCC audiences.
