• Minimum 23+ years of progressive experience in international business, exports, and regulatory affairs

• Proven leadership exposure in regulated and semi-regulated global markets

Role Purpose

The Vice President – International Business & Regulatory Affairs is responsible for driving global business expansion, managing international export operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple geographies. The role combines strategic leadership, commercial growth, and regulatory governance to ensure sustainable international market presence.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

• Develop and execute global expansion strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

• Identify, evaluate, and enter new international markets through distributors, partners, and alliances.

• Build and strengthen relationships with international distributors, agents, and key stakeholders.

• Define pricing strategies and market entry models tailored to regional dynamics.

• Represent the company at global conferences, trade fairs, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.

• Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Export Operations & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, supply chain coordination, and approvals.

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and country-specific business policies.

• Optimize export processes to improve efficiency, cost control, and speed to market.

Regulatory Affairs Leadership

• Lead global regulatory strategy to support product registrations, renewals, and post-marketing compliance.

• Oversee dossier preparation, submissions, approvals, and regulatory audits across international markets.

• Manage interactions with global regulatory authorities and agencies.

• Monitor changes in international regulations and proactively advise business teams on compliance risks.

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align regulatory strategy with product development and launches.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives in regulatory documentation and submission processes.
