Main role: 

• To provide quality service in the dining room, guarantee customer satisfaction and contribute to the positive image of the establishment.

Responsibilities and activities:

• Welcoming customers with courtesy and professionalism
  
• Seat the customers and present the menu.
  
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  
• Advising clients according to their preferences
  
• Ensure the cleanliness and setup of the room
  
• To clear, set, and straighten the tables
  
• Handle cash transactions or transmit orders to the cash register
  
• Respect hygiene and food safety rules
  
• Working in coordination with the kitchen and the dining room team
