- Efficiently receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring that all items are accounted for and accurately recorded in the inventory system.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory through regular cycle counts and audits to minimize discrepancies and optimize space utilization.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring that items are correctly selected and prepared for timely dispatch.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, enhancing overall productivity and ensuring seamless operations within the warehouse.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit.
- Implement effective storage solutions that maximize accessibility and minimize retrieval times for frequently accessed items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety at all times.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Participate in training sessions and safety drills to stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements in warehouse operations.

- Forklift certification is highly desirable to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during daily operations.
- Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus, especially for diverse work environments.
