الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including stock counts and reconciliations, to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent loss.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to optimize productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports for management review.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions promptly to maintain operational flow.
  • Collaborate with upper management to strategize improvements and cost-saving initiatives within warehouse operations.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in warehouse operations.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or distribution center, showcasing progressive responsibility.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred to facilitate communication in diverse environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions that improve warehouse processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and reporting.
