Main tasks:

• Ensure the receipt, storage and distribution of goods/orders and their quality and quantity control.
• Ensure the updating of physical and electronic files
• Perform the entry, exit, and reintegration of all products/parts
  
• Store merchandise in designated locations according to store safety and organizational rules, ensuring optimal use of space and adherence to safety instructions.
  
• Prepare orders in accordance with the specifications of the products and materials contained in the internal manufacturing/order file.
  
• Have the applicant sign the discharge slips at the end of each reception session.
  
• Monitor stock turnover and report any overstock or understocking.
  
• Perform reconciliations with the accounting records
  
• Participate in periodic inventory operations
  
• Classify products and materials by reference
  
• Keep the store clean and tidy
  
• Report any damage to the facilities or equipment
  

Secondary tasks:

• Participate in and attend the seminars and training sessions provided by the company
  
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental rules
  
• Ensure compliance with work standards, regulations, and general discipline.
  
• To perform all tasks and other duties as requested by management and within the scope of their qualifications
  

Know :

• Professional training in inventory management or more
  
• Proficiency in computer skills
