This role is a full-time on-site role in Basra, Iraq with travel requirement (on 28/28 rotation)./p>

Job Purpose:/strong>

• Primary Responsibility:/strong> Leading and managing the water injection team in a safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound manner./li>
• Company Objectives:/strong> Ensuring that the company objectives and targets (volumes, OPEX, CAPEX) are achieved in line with WQ1FOD and WP&B commitments./li>
• Role:/strong> This role involves leading productive impact across WQ1FOD functions, identifying barriers to achieve maximizing Asset performance, and managing all water injection operation activities performed at WQ1 field./li>
• Areas of Responsibility:/strong> The coverage areas of responsibility include Water Injection, MOD300 Water Treatment Plant, HPI Station, Produced Water (PW) Treatment Facilities, Euphrates Water Intake Station, and WSW s with Water Injection Wells./li>
• Expectation:/strong> The Senior Superintendent is expected to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of these facilities to meet the company s water injection targets./li>

u>Key Responsibilities:/u> /strong>

Leadership:/strong>

• Lead the water injection team to meet company objectives./li>
• Participate in ALT meetings and drive performance improvements./li>
• Develop and review operation procedures./li>
• Manage interfaces with maintenance, Reservoir Dept., and Wellwork./li>
• Support internal and external Incident Management./li>
• Ensure training plans for all Water Injection personnel./li>
• Oversee and coach operators for safe and efficient production./li>
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs./li>
• Supervise machinery startup and shutdown./li>
• Work with local operators to transfer knowledge and technical advice./li>

WI Operation Management:/strong>

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the water injection section./li>
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards./li>
• Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations./li>
• Implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the water injection process./li>
• Apply business acumen to enhance asset value and performance./li>
• Review and sanction deviations from work procedures./li>
• Advocate enforcement of FOD Policy./li>
• Facilitate Incident Management within and outside the organization./li>
• Steer the operations team towards safe and reliable operations./li>
• Minimize downtime and monitor water injection and oil productivity./li>

Training and Personnel Management:/strong>

• Ensure individual training plans for all personnel involved in Water Injection./li>
• Equip team members with basic equipment operations and troubleshooting skills./li>

KEY RESULTS: /strong>

• Team productivity increases over the quarter by implementing effective project management strategies./li>
• Employee turnover reduces in the fiscal year through the development and implementation of a comprehensive employee engagement program./li>
