Masters the standards of different water quality by their chemical and microbiological purity.

• Analyzes water for its use as an excipient and its purification for cleaning tanks, equipment or primary packaging, as well as for reconstituting a drug.
• Process of water analysis and its purification for the cleaning of tanks, equipment or primary packaging.
• Water softening and demineralization process as a step in the physicochemical treatment for the production of purified water.
• Reverse osmosis process as a physico-chemical and antimicrobial treatment, which takes place after softening which constitutes the last treatment in a purified water treatment process.
• Analyzes gaseous and liquid effluents and verifies the conformity of the results.
• Writes the analysis protocols and periodic reports of the analyses carried out.
• Presents and explains the evolution of analysis protocols and quality procedures.
• Diagnoses breakdowns of laboratory equipment and instruments and organizes preventive maintenance operations in particular.
• Has a thorough understanding of the basics of water chemistry and water analysis.
• Must direct its analyses for water treatment towards the enumeration of viable mesophilic aerobic microbial flora.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the qualities of industrial water and its use for the different needs of the pharmaceutical industry and its control methods.
• Mastery of the principle and implementation of water treatment processes.
• Improves the technical and economic performance of industrial water production facilities.

Basic training: Process engineering, chemistry and equivalent.

3-4 years of experience.
