Welding Engineer INCO International FZ.CO.

The Welding Engineer will ensure that all welding activities comply with API 650, ASME Section IX, and project specifications.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Welding Engineering.

• OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering with professional certification in Welding Engineering, such as:

• IWE – International Welding Engineer

• CWE – Certified Welding Engineer

• Or another equivalent certification approved by the Company.

Minimum Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in welding-related activities within Oil & Gas projects.

• Demonstrated experience working on storage tank fabrication and erection projects in accordance with API 650.

• Proven experience developing and qualifying Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) in accordance with ASME Section IX.

• Hands-on experience with mechanized welding processes used in tank fabrication, particularly:

• Mechanized FCAW

• Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)

• Experience coordinating with QA/QC teams, welding inspectors, and third-party inspection agencies

• Prior experience with ADNOC project and AGES Specification experience is essential
