JOB DESCRIPTION – WINDOW FILM TECHNICIAN

Position: Window Film Technician
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience (Experience in GCC or India accepted)
Salary Range: 140 KWD – 250 KWD (depending on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities:

• Install high-quality automotive window film (tint) on various vehicle models.
• Measure, cut, and apply tint film accurately to ensure a clean, bubble-free finish.
• Prepare vehicle glass surfaces by cleaning and removing any contaminants before installation.
• Use proper tools, heat guns, and installation techniques to ensure smooth application.
• Remove old or damaged window film when required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Resolve installation issues such as creases, bubbles, or misalignment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete jobs efficiently.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Window Film Installer (GCC or India experience accepted).
• Strong knowledge of window film types, installation methods, and tools.
• Skilled in cutting, shrinking, and installing tint on windshields, side windows, and rear glass.
• Good attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
