Ensure the recruitment, training, skills development and management of a team of engineers and technicians of the Workscoping team, attached to the technical management of the LEAP SAESC MRO shop.
- To assemble and train a team responsible for establishing the Workscopes of LEAP engines. To provide the technical support services specified in the contracts when an engine requires workshop maintenance.

- Guarantee the quality of workscopes and adherence to shipping deadlines
Each workscope will be reviewed and validated by the manager before being shared with the FTM
Dispatching the workload across the different workscopes within the team
Ensure availability according to the schedule
Alert the FTM and management of any problem and respect the commitment
Understanding product configuration changes that favor improving fleet availability or reducing maintenance costs.
To report weak signals and contribute to building feedback from the global fleet.
- To act as the interface with the MRO workshops during repair operations.
Monitor and control the execution of maintenance operations in accordance with the scope of work he/she has previously established.
Contribute to the analysis of needs and the revision of necessary workscopes.
Contribute to the feedback on workshop maintenance.
- Contribute to the analysis of observed discrepancies in maintenance costs
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- You have proven technical experience in the after-sales service of civil or military engines, ideally within an engineering and project support (PSE) department or an MRO workshop. Previous management experience would be an asset.
- Solid knowledge of the operation of aircraft engines and systems, their behavior in operation (condition/use) and the activities of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) workshops, as well as the techno-economic analysis of observed maintenance costs. You also have a good command of after-sales documentation relating to engines.
- Given the international context of the company, your mastery of English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of other languages spoken in India would be an additional asset.
- Rigor, pedagogy and open-mindedness will allow you to train and mobilize a new team, and to ensure liaison with the FTM teams and the shop teams.

Our new workshop, located in the Casablanca-Settat region, will handle the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) that power, among others, the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737 Max.
