Responsibilities:

• Identifying and directing containers within the yard through the planning program during the stacking or loading process based on the container's condition.
• Committing to sending an EDI message to the shipping lines upon activation.
• Continuously and regularly updating the container program data according to work changes.
• Sending internal reports daily to management based on work needs.
• Sending daily reports on container movements to the shipping lines.
• Conducting a weekly inventory of containers and notifying senior management for deposit.
• Reviewing EIR IN/OUT.
• Informing the operations manager of daily updates from the shipping lines.
• Reviewing the photographs of the containers and confirming their compliance with the condition stated in the inspection.
• Communicating with the yard supervisor and workshop manager regarding the movements of containers to and from the workshop.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree
• From 3-5 years of experience in same position
