Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-driven Zoho Developer to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of our Zoho ecosystem.

This role is responsible for not only building and customizing systems, but also designing automation strategies that streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enable scalable growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate must be capable of:

• Understanding business processes

• Translating them into system-driven workflows

• Developing automation strategies

• Executing technical implementation

This is a strategy + automation  + execution role.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho System Strategy & Development

• Develop system strategies aligned with business operations

• Design how Zoho should support company workflows

• Customize modules, layouts, and system architecture based on operational needs

• Create structured system frameworks that improve efficiency

Workflow Automation Strategy & Execution

• Identify areas requiring automation across departments

• Design automation strategies to reduce manual processes

• Implement workflows such as:

  • Approval systems

  • Task automation

  • Alerts & triggers

  • Data movement between teams

Process Mapping & Optimization

• Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies

• Translate operational workflows into Zoho-based system logic

• Recommend and implement process improvements through automation

Integration Planning & Implementation

• Develop strategies for system connectivity

• Integrate Zoho with:

  • Internal platforms

  • Websites

  • External tools

• Ensure smooth data flow across business functions

CRM Structuring

• Design CRM structure to support:

  • Lead management

  • Customer lifecycle visibility

  • Sales pipeline efficiency

• Build automation within CRM to support decision-making

Automation Framework Development

• Build scalable automation systems using Deluge scripting

• Implement logic-driven workflows

• Ensure systems can support business growth

Dashboards & Visibility

• Design reporting dashboards

• Provide leadership with insights on:

  • Process performance

  • Operational efficiency

  • Workflow execution

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Work with leadership to understand operational needs

• Recommend system-based solutions

• Lead implementation of process-driven improvements
