Position Details

• Job Title: Accounts Lead Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Lead Associate with 1~7 years of experience in a medium-sized manufacturing company. The role involves handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory verification, supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end closings.

Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on experience with Tally/SAP S/4HANA or SAP HANA.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, meet strict reporting deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in B.Com / M.Com / ICWA / CMA Inter / CA Inter
• 1~7 years of relevant experience in accounts & finance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM knowledge preferred)
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Payables: Booking invoices, 3-way reconciliation, vendor reconciliation
• Trade Receivables: Raising & verifying invoices, customer reconciliation, follow-up on dues
• Inventory: Daily stock review, variance reconciliation, month-end physical counts
• Month-End Closing: Accruals, reversals, asset accounting, depreciation runs in SAP
• Payroll Support: Coordinating payroll with the accounts team
• Compliance: VAT returns, internal controls, audit support
• Collaboration: Cross-functional coordination for smooth operations
