1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Should have experience in working in both management books and statutory books.

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures of the books

• Prepare and submit monthly MIS and other reports to the management based on requirement and equal interval of time as require by the management from time to time.

• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries, provisions, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.

2. Audit, Compliance & Taxation

• Lead coordinate and close statutory audits of the Company as per the applicable accounting standard and laws applicable including UAE Corporate tax, VAT, OECD regulations within statutory due timelines.

• Ensure compliance with Corporate Tax, VAT (where applicable), and other regulatory requirements.

• Review and close audit observations and compliance gaps.

• Responsible to maintain the required Transfer pricing documentation and other statutory documentation.

3. Treasury & Banking

• Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and liquidity of the Company

• Ensure timely supplier payments, bank repayments, and banking authorizations.

• Oversee operation and control of bank accounts, manage the currency risk.

• Ensure renewal of existing bank facilities and setup of new banking facilities.

• Respond to bank queries and close the queries send by the banks independently in a prudent manner.

• Raising of funds with the banks/financial institutions based on the funds required by the Company inline with the business growth of the Company.

4. Financial Control & Performance Management

• Establish and maintain accounting policies, SOPs, and internal control frameworks.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and periodic variance analysis.

5. Strategic & Business Support

• Support pricing, EDG, and evaluation of new projects and initiatives.

• Assist in group structuring, new company formations, and process setup.

• Review financial and commercial aspects of major contracts and agreements legally as well as financially

• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

6. Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, mentor, and review work of the finance team.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables from the team.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.

• Act as CFO’s delegate when required.

• Perform additional or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
