الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Welcoming and assisting customers (by phone, email, chat or in person).
  • Answering customer questions and resolving customer complaints.
  • Track customer orders, files and requests.
  • To provide information about the company's products and services.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Report any problems or suggestions to the person in charge.
  • Update the customer database and reports.

  • Level: Baccalaureate or higher (business, management, communication or equivalent).
  • Experience: Beginner accepted / experience in customer relations preferred.
  • Good command of French and Arabic (English is a plus).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Sense of service, patience and listening skills.
  • Good presentation and team spirit.
  • My proficiency with computer tools (Word, Excel, email).
