Application Support Consultant

You will be joining our team as an Application Support Consultant to:

• Ensure the diagnosis, analysis and resolution of customer incidents and problems via our ticketing tool (JIRA)

• Ensuring continuity of service in a production environment, by participating in the Follow The Sun initiative with international teams (APAC / US / EMEA)

• To respect SLAs and ensure an optimal level of service for customers

• Managing complex, highly technical incidents and actively contributing to their resolution

• Collaborating closely with the R&D, Product and Technical Support teams to escalate and address issues

• Contribute to the team's skills development (mentoring, knowledge sharing, internal training)

• Contribute to enriching the knowledge base (documentation, capitalizing on solutions)

• to be an active participant in the continuous improvement of RUN processes (quality, performance, automation)

Comp tences techniques :

• Syst mes : Unix / Linux, Windows

• Bases de donn es : Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server

• Langages : SQL, Java, XML, Shell scripting

• Serveurs d application : Apache Tomcat, WildFly

• APIs & int gration : Webservices SOAP / REST
