Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with strong expertise in interior design and architectural design, specifically for luxury villas, modern villas, and villa renovation projects.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Russian, European, and Ukrainian design styles, and be capable of managing projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural and interior design for luxury and modern villas

• Villa renovation planning and execution

• Preparing design concepts, layouts, drawings, and material selections

• Managing overall project workflow and coordination

• Conducting site visits and supervising work progress

• Client handling, presentations, and coordination

• Ensuring designs meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in villa design & interior designing

• Strong knowledge of Russian, European, and Ukrainian architectural styles

• Experience in modern luxury villa concepts

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Knowledge of site execution and coordination
