Your role as an Assembly Manager is to manage assembly operations for propulsion systems, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with aerospace standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee assembly activities for propulsion systems.
- Ensure adherence to assembly schedules and quality standards.
- Manage team performance and provide technical guidance.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles for process optimization.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain compliance with AS9100 and safety regulations.

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in assembly operations. ( aerospace desirable not mandatory )
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
