الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Supervise and coordinate daily rolling operations in the medium section mill.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Monitor rolling parameters, mill setup, pass design, and product quality.
- Identify process bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve throughput and yield.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth functioning of mill equipment and minimum downtime.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure the team follows all safety and operational procedures.
- Train and guide shift supervisors, operators, and workers for better performance and operational discipline.
- Analyze production data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to management.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and logistics departments for smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory of rolls, guides, consumables, and ensure timely requisition.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in a steel rolling mill, preferably in medium section mills.
- Strong understanding of rolling process parameters, roll pass design, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with mill automation, instrumentation, and basic maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
