Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of automated cutting workflows across production lines.
• Manage and maintain cutting machines and software systems for consistent performance.
• Oversee pattern file management, including nesting and marker optimization.
• Conduct machine calibration and maintenance to ensure precision cutting.
• Train and upskill internal teams on machine operation, troubleshooting, and software usage.
• Drive initiatives to reduce fabric wastage and improve cutting accuracy and speed.
