Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Executive with a passion for the beauty industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi & Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling beauty products, salon supplies, and related services to salons, spas, and cosmetic retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge while contributing to the growth of a leading brand in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at beauty salons, spas, and cosmetics businesses.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting products and services tailored to client needs.
New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the beauty industry by researching potential clients and expanding the customer base.
Product Knowledge & Recommendations: Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to make informed recommendations to clients.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver personalized sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations, showcasing the company’s products and services.
Negotiations & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure deals and maximize profitability.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, product delivery, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty industry (salons, spas, or cosmetics sales).
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of beauty products, salon services, and industry trends, with a focus on hair and nail care.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and resolve any issues promptly.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-Motivated: Driven and self-starting with a proactive approach to sales and client management.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing client needs and market conditions.
