Bakery Ingredients - Sales Officer/Executive Modern Bakery LLC

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive sales of premium bakery ingredients (e.g., flour, yeast, emulsifiers, improvers, premixes, fats, sugars, flavors, chocolate compounds, and specialty additives) in the Dubai market. The role focuses on B2B sales to bakeries, patisseries, hotels, catering companies, industrial bakeries, and HORECA outlets. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in bakery ingredients sales and a strong network in the UAE bakery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for bakery ingredients portfolio through proactive prospecting, account management, and new business development.

• Identify and acquire new clients in the bakery, confectionery, and food service segments across UAE.

• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and trials to showcase ingredient benefits.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (bakery owners, chefs, production managers, procurement teams).

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the bakery ingredients sector; provide feedback to support product development and pricing strategies.

• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and negotiate terms to close deals.

• Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools, forecast sales accurately, and prepare regular reports on performance, market insights, and opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and company policies during client interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
