Key Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet rooms according to event orders, including table setup, linens, and service equipment.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure an exceptional service experience throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining Marriott s service standards.
• Respond promptly to special requests or guest needs during functions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Clean, maintain, and reset banquet areas before and after events.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold professional grooming and appearance standards as per company policy.
