Job Title: Barista & Cashier

Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality beverage service and efficient cashier operations while ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism, accuracy, and consistency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems

• Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, cashier station, and customer areas

• Ensure proper handling of cash, credit, and digital payments

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and restocking

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience as a barista or cashier is an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic cash-handling and math skills

• Attention to detail and reliability

Work Conditions:

• Standing for extended periods

• Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays

• Fast-paced food and beverage service environment
