BI & Data Analytics Manager

Mian Job Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the BI and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of BI developers, data analysts, and reporting specialists.
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organization

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of interactive dashboards and reports for all business units.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of business insights to stakeholders.
• Standardize reporting processes and implement best practices for visualization and storytelling.

Advanced Analytics & Insights:

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Data Governance & Quality:

• Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to maintain robust data pipelines and architecture.

Technology & Innovation:

• Manage BI tools and platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) and ensure optimal utilization.
• Drive automation of reporting processes and integration of advanced analytics capabilities.
• Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and recommend adoption where relevant

• Bachelor s or master s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science,

Information Systems, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting, with at least 3

years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in managing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL-

based data manipulation.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud

platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
