About Routes Car Rental

Routes Car Rental is a globally established international car rental brand operating across multiple countries and now expanding in Dubai, UAE. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Car Rental Branch Manager to lead and develop our Dubai operations.

⚠️ STRICT REQUIREMENT: We are hiring ONLY candidates with strong Car Rental Management experience. Applicants without direct car rental industry experience will NOT be entertained.

Position Details

• Position: Branch Manager

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Work Environment: 7 days a week operation

• Shifts: Flexible / As per operational requirements

• Work Location: In-person (Candidate must be currently in Dubai)

• Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month

Role Overview The Branch Manager will be fully responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving revenue growth, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with UAE RTA regulations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational control, sales focus, and in-depth car rental industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete branch operations (Sales, Customer Service, Fleet & Compliance)

• Lead, train, and supervise front desk and operations staff

• Drive revenue growth through upselling and corporate sales strategies

• Monitor KPIs, targets, and profitability

• Ensure compliance with UAE RTA regulations and internal policies

• Oversee fleet utilization, maintenance, and cost control

• Handle escalated customer complaints and dispute resolution

• Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management

• Maintain strong relationships with Local authorities and business partners

• Ensure high service standards aligned with international brand expectations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven sales-driven mindset with revenue management experience

• Deep understanding of UAE car rental market

• Knowledge of RTA TARS portal and local regulations

• Experience managing airport car rental operations preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Professional, reliable, and results-oriented

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Car Rental Industry (Mandatory)

• Minimum 3–5 years in Branch Manager / Assistant Manager role (Car Rental Only)

• Valid UAE Driving License with clean record

• Minimum age: 25 years (Insurance requirement)

• Must be legally allowed to work full-time in UAE

• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of fleet management and rental software systems
