The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Abu Dhabi branch, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of corporate travel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations, including corporate travel services, customer service, and administration
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and client retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and service standards
- Manage and mentor a team of travel consultants and support staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and suppliers
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and sales teams to support branch goals
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Travel & Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in travel management, with at least 3 in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and corporate travel platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency
- Fluency in English and Arabic(bilingual)
