Car Rental Agent – Front Desk (Experienced Only) Routes Car Rental – Dubai, UAE

About Routes Car Rental Routes Car Rental is a globally established international car rental brand, successfully operating in multiple countries and now expanding its operations in Dubai, UAE. As part of our growth, we are hiring experienced professionals to strengthen our front desk and airport operations.

⚠️ STRICT REQUIREMENT: We are hiring ONLY experienced Car Rental Front Desk Agents. Candidates without direct car rental counter experience will NOT be entertained.

Position Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Front Desk

• Openings: 2 Positions

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Work Environment: 7 days a week operation

• Shifts: Flexible / Rotational (Weekdays & Weekends)

• Work Location: In-person (Must be staying in Dubai)

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month

• Work Visa: Provided for selected candidates

• Remote Work: Not Available

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete rental counter operations

• Answer phone calls and manage reservations

• Open and close rental agreements

• Perform vehicle inspections and exchanges

• Conduct pick-up and drop-off of customers when required

• Manage fleet-related duties and daily rental office operations

• Upsell products and protection packages at counter level

• Input data accurately into rental software systems

• Address and resolve customer issues professionally

• Recommend vehicle maintenance and fueling when required

Skills & Attributes

• Proven Car Rental Front Desk experience (Mandatory)

• Strong background in counter upselling

• Familiarity with RTA TARS portal and UAE RTA regulations is an asset

• Airport car rental experience preferred

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality

• Honest, trustworthy, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Team player with high reliability

  
  

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years customer service experience (Required)

• Valid UAE Driving License with clean driving record (Required)

• Minimum age: 21 years (Insurance requirement)

• Must be legally allowed to work full-time in UAE

• Willing to work flexible rotational shifts

• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a strong advantage
