عامل هاتف مجموعة مسؤول عن التعامل مع المكالمات الواردة والصادرة، وتوفير المعلومات، وأخذ الحجوزات، ومساعدة الضيوف في استفساراتهم وطلباتهم. يلعب عامل الهاتف في الفندق دورًا حاسمًا في تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وضمان تجربة إيجابية للضيوف خلال إقامتهم.
- الإجابة على المكالمات الواردة بسرعة واحترافية.
- نقل المكالمات إلى القسم أو الفرد المناسب.
- أخذ ونقل الرسائل بدقة.
