- 12 years of relevant experience in concept development or architectural design, demonstrating a proven track record of innovative thinking.
- Professional certifications such as LEED or PMP are highly valued, reflecting commitment to industry standards and project management excellence.
- Experience in diverse industries, from technology to consumer products, providing a broad perspective on market needs and trends.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, with additional language skills considered an asset for international projects.
- Strong technical skills in design software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp) and proficiency in visual presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, enabling quick adaptation to project changes and unforeseen challenges.
