• 5+ years of hands-on experience in consulting, technology advisory, digital transformation, or a closely related field — having led or meaningfully contributed to engagements, transformation programmes, or advisory mandates for external clients.

• Proven experience working directly with senior decision-makers — board members, C-suite executives, department heads, or programme sponsors — with a demonstrated ability to earn their trust and influence outcomes.

• A working command of AI, data, and digital technologies sufficient to hold credible conversations with both technical and business audiences, and to connect these capabilities to real commercial value.

• Commercial acumen that spans both sales and delivery — you can spot opportunities, shape proposals, and have value-driven conversations with prospective clients without needing formal sales training.

• Depth in at least one domain: AI strategy, responsible AI and governance, AI-enabled process optimisation, data strategy, AI operating models, change management for technology adoption, or industry-specific AI applications.

• Experience across primary industries (agriculture, energy, mining, forestry) or secondary industries(manufacturing, logistics, construction, utilities, transportation) is a strong differentiator, though transferable expertise from any sector is valued.

• Relevant professional qualifications, certifications, or structured training — complemented by a genuine appetite for continuous learning from any source.

• Entrepreneurial orientation — whether through building a practice, launching a service line, or thriving in a startup or high-autonomy environment where initiative matters more than hierarchy.
