Main tasks:

Analysis of customer needs, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions adapted to business processes.

End-user training,

Writing technical and functional documentation, and post-deployment support.

The tasks include configuring, customizing and integrating Salesforce with other systems, as well as providing strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Desired profile:

Computer engineering degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Consultant

Required technical skills:

Certifications: ADM, Salesforce

Knowledge: certification not required

Sales & Service Cloud

Salesforce CPQ

Salesforce Experience Cloud

CI/CD

APEX / Flows / Web services and API, connected APP

Visualforce page, LWC

Excellent written and oral communication skills in French for smooth interactions with the profession.

Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

Analytical mindset and continuous improvement: Ability to evaluate code and its impacts, as well as to question existing solutions in order to improve them.

Ability to step back and work independently: Ability to assess problems and propose solutions for improvement.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
