As part of its development, the headhunting firm Morgan Philips Morocco, is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant F/M for September 2025.
We offer you a very close approach to the challenges of this profession by supporting senior consultants in their daily missions.

In project mode, all aspects of a hunting mission will be addressed, from the analysis of the need and the development of the mission project, through the identification and selection of the best profiles (hunting, telephone interviews, participation in interviews, customer points) and the support of customers and candidates.

The main missions:

Identify candidates in our database, but also on social networks and in CVThs,
Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess their skills
Participate in video-conference or face-to-face interviews with candidates but also with clients
Synthesize and write interview reports
Ensure the follow-up of candidates (interviews, feedback from evaluations, personality tests, etc.),
Reporting and database enrichment
Monitor job boards, social networks and other tools

Profile sought:

Minimum Bac +2/+3 type business school or university course
A first experience of at least 2 years in recruitment
Very good interpersonal skills, convincing, business oriented
The desire to learn and undertake in a constantly changing environment.
An app for new technologies
Responsiveness and a good command of the internet and social networks
Perfect command of the French language, English is a plus.
