Main missions
- Provide level 2 application support on the ServiceNow platform, on a 24/7 rotation (morning, afternoon, night).
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents.
- Collaborating with N1, N3 teams and developers for escalation and follow-up of issues.
- Keep technical documentation up to date (procedures, operating guides, FAQs).
- Participate in the continuous updates, tests and improvements of the platform.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Desired profile
- Bac +5 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience on ServiceNow, ideally in development or support roles.
- Ability to work rotating shifts 24/7 (including weekends and holidays according to schedule).
- Good written and oral communication skills in French.
- Sense of service, responsiveness, autonomy and rigor.
Desired technical skills
- ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog
- Knowledge of similar tools (Jira, Remedy, Freshservice)
