To ensure the efficient and proactive management of customer requests, while guaranteeing their satisfaction

Ensure PIC PDP consistency and adherence. 

Define and establish forecast families in a coherent and relevant manner with regard to the company's strategy and organization.

Receive and process customer requests through various predefined channels.

Analyze customer requests to determine their nature, urgency, and importance, based on internal procedures and criteria defined by the company.

Use statistical models to calculate sales forecasts

Integrate and verify sales forecasts within the ERP system

Build an unconstrained demand plan (forecasts + orders) that consolidates all needs (new, spare, removal, repair, qualification) using available customer forecasts, manufacturer production rates, sales history... etc.

Integrate the planning of technical product/program evolutions into the "Demand Plan"

Validate the "Demand Plan" with the Program/Commerce department, which formalizes this plan with respect to production/supply chain.

Review and recalculate sales forecasts monthly (ROFO)

Measuring performance indicators related to the scope of demand management; "Demand Reliability and Stability"

Conduct the monthly "Demand Review" and manage the corresponding action plan

Provide and share a valid demand plan for the Industrial and Commercial Plan (ICP)

Collaborating with the various departments of the company (production, logistics, quality, etc.) to ensure the availability of products and resources necessary to meet customer demands
