Department Definition:

Teaching students the fundamentals of theatrical arts by combining theoretical and practical aspects. This subject aims to develop verbal and physical expression skills, enhance self-confidence, communication abilities, and teamwork. It also contributes to cultivating students artistic taste and broadening their cultural awareness.

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing annual and semester plans for the curriculum based on the content and performance standards of the Drama (Theatre) subject.
• Managing the teaching and learning process using modern learning strategies and active learning, effectively utilizing educational tools according to the daily lesson plan.
• Designing various assessments for the subject and working on evaluating and measuring students performance, analysing their results for improvement, and accurately completing assessment and documentation tasks on time and in accordance with approved procedures.
• Designing and implementing remedial plans for low-achieving students and enrichment plans for gifted and high-achieving students, in coordination with relevant parties.
• Dealing with all students in a fair and professional manner and coordinating with the guidance counsellor to address individual cases and determine their care and follow-up needs.
