Engagement Delivery Coordinator Banking

DefineX

Serve as the on-site focal point for DefineX delivery activities within ongoing banking projects,

Coordinate daily with client teams (testing, infrastructure, network, and security) to expedite resolution of blockers and dependencies,

Oversee delivery milestones and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards,

Facilitate clear and structured communication between DefineX offshore teams and client stakeholders to maintain progress visibility and issue traceability,

Support the Account Lead and Delivery Leads with reporting, risk tracking, and escalation management,

Promote disciplined execution through Agile delivery practices and effective use of JIRA and Confluence,

Oversee UAT readiness, environment planning, and release coordination to ensure end-to-end delivery quality,

Maintain awareness of local banking regulations and integration standards relevant to delivery operations,

Develop and sustain a working understanding of key banking processes and project domains to anticipate coordination needs and dependencies,

Foster productive working relationships with client stakeholders and other vendors to ensure smooth collaboration across all workstreams,

Provide feedback and recommendations to continuously improve delivery governance, communication flows, and process efficiency,

Contribute to business development efforts by identifying delivery-related opportunities for improvement or additional value creation.
