Team management of the equipment department

• Ensure that the equipment used by Keller is maintained at the best possible cost to guarantee its reliability, conformity and availability.
• Establish and monitor the overall maintenance budget
• To finalize an investment plan
• Guarantee the framework of the maintenance policy
• Ensure the purchasing policy is followed in collaboration with the buyer
• Participates in the development and innovation of the equipment fleet.
• Ensure the monitoring of parts and the maintenance of equipment
• Advice and training for equipment users to improve equipment use and prevent breakages and malfunctions.
• Manage and optimize the work organization of the equipment department teams.
• Ensures the planning of the delivery of materials to the construction site and manages the transport service
• Manages the quality process and the performance indicators for the equipment service.
