• Position Overview br> br>We are seeking a Power Platform Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and RPA. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize business solutions.br> br> Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps.

• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform applications and workflows.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and RPA

• Excellent English language skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts is a plus.

• Preferred Skills

• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python will be a plus.

• Knowledge of basic programming concepts (OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Coding, SQL, APIs) will be a plus too

• Provide training and support to end-users.

• Stay updated on Power Platform features and best practices.
