• Prepare annual budgets and ensure budget monitoring.
• To produce periodic financial statements and guarantee their reliability
• Ensure cash management and optimize financial flows
• Implement and monitor management control and reporting tools
• Analyze financial performance and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social security and regulatory obligations
• Oversee relationships with banks, auditors and financial partners
