الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Supervise and coordinate all accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts and management reports.
- Ensure compliance of accounting practices with applicable local standards.
- Managing relationships with external auditors, banks and tax authorities.
- Optimize cash management and cost control.
- To supervise, train and lead a team of accounting and finance staff.
- Participate in defining the company's financial strategy in collaboration with management.
- Implement internal procedures to improve the reliability and security of financial data.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor's degree (LMD) or Bac +3 in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
- Proven professional experience of 5-10 years in a similar position, ideally in construction.
- Mastery of Algerian accounting standards.
- Excellent skills in financial management, analysis and management control.
- Capacity manager of a team.
- Mastery of computer tools and accounting software (SAP, Sage, advanced Excel, etc.).
- Rigour, organisational skills, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good level of written and spoken French.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
