الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Supervise and coordinate all accounting and financial operations of the company. 

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance of accounting practices with applicable local standards.
  • Managing relationships with external auditors, banks and tax authorities.
  • Optimize cash management and cost control.
  • To supervise, train and lead a team of accounting and finance staff.
  • Participate in defining the company's financial strategy in collaboration with management.
  • Implement internal procedures to improve the reliability and security of financial data.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Bachelor's degree (LMD) or Bac +3 in Accounting, Finance or similar field.

  • Proven professional experience of 5-10 years in a similar position, ideally in construction.
  • Mastery of Algerian accounting standards.
  • Excellent skills in financial management, analysis and management control.
  • Capacity manager of a team.
  • Mastery of computer tools and accounting software (SAP, Sage, advanced Excel, etc.).
  • Rigour, organisational skills, analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good level of written and spoken French.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
