Missions :

• Managing the H2R stream from end to end (design, Fit-to-Standard workshops, validation cycles)
• Coordinate the activities of the third party and the deployment teams.
• Facilitate workshops with local and international stakeholders
• Validate the functional solutions and ensure their alignment with business needs.
• Oversee the recipe and validation of configurations

Comp tences :

• Oracle Fusion HCM expertise (priority criterion)
• Knowledge of end-to-end H2R processes
• Facilitating workshops and managing change
• Technical and trade coordination
• Experience with Oracle EBS HCM accepted if Fusion is not available
