الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Main tasks:

  • Ensure the daily operation of system, storage, virtualization and backup environments.
  • Handle complex level 3 incidents and requests.
  • Ensure continuity of backups, restores and replications (Veeam).
  • Maintain and monitor Nutanix and SAN/NAS infrastructures.
  • Provide Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP administration and patch management via ManageEngine.
  • Update existing technical documentation and formalize missing procedures.
  • Transferring knowledge and supporting future administrators during their onboarding.

Technical environments concerned:

  • Virtualisation & stockage : Nutanix (AHV), infrastructures SAN/NAS
  • Syst mes d exploitation : Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • Backup & Restore : Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Patch management : ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus
  • Annuaire & services Microsoft : Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO

Search profile:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in hybrid systems and infrastructure administration.
  • Advanced technical skills in the technologies listed above.
  • Ability to ensure the run, N3 support, analysis and resolution of complex incidents, and maintenance in operational conditions.
  • Rigour in documentation and skills transfer to internal teams.
  • Perhaps autonomy, adaptability and immediate availability.
