As General Services Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: 

Provide user support in the area of ​​General Services for:

• services related to operations, services and customers on the site
• the analysis, monitoring and execution of the Works.

Ensuring the site is enclosed and covered, and providing the energy, fluids and services necessary for its operation, as well as taking into account requests for work/development of workspaces:

• - with the required level of quality and continuity,
• - with the best and continuous improvement,
• - in compliance with applicable regulations,
• - in compliance with Safran Group's HSE rules (energy management, ergonomics, etc.)
• - in order to improve working conditions and staff safety,
• - in order to adapt to the evolving activities present on the site.

• - To continuously improve user support under the best technical and economic conditions with the permanent objective of HSE.

Establish and monitor/manage the necessary operating contracts:

• - for the proper functioning of the site,
• - to maintain the services in place at the Establishment,
• - the preservation of the site's land heritage.

Develop and monitor the Master Plan for site layout, technical installations and maintenance of the heritage in correlation with the evolution of site activities.

Ensure and carry out the planning and budget monitoring (expenses and investment) of the General Services department.

To lead and manage the activity and development of the members of the General Services department.

- Verify the proper management of external companies involved on the site for Operation and/or construction sites placed under his responsibility and monitored by his teams.

- To provide the HSE, Safety, and HR departments with the necessary elements to respond to administrative institutions regarding environmental matters.

- In collaboration with the purchasing and finance Shared Services Centers: organizes its activity to allow monitoring of it and to accelerate the processing of customer/supplier requests in compliance with the processes in force at SAFRAN.

- In collaboration with the HSE department and as sponsor, leads and monitors the various action plans and HSE standards under its responsibility: on-site service providers, confined spaces, environmental aspects.

- In collaboration with the Quality department, and as pilot of the S03 process, managing infrastructure and equipment, I lead, evaluate and monitor the implementation, compliance and maturity of the process for the SAESC scope.

- In collaboration with the SAFRAN Risk Management department, leads and monitors the risks identified in the S03 process and participates in the Risk committees of the SAESC scope.
