Chedid Capital is seeking a Group Medical Surveillance Manager, responsible for overseeing best practices and the performance of medical advisors, as well as ensuring the proper implementation of Group guidelines. They will contribute to a cross-functional approach by coordinating actions between the various Group departments and the medical departments of subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

Analyze the activity of the medical departments of the subsidiaries.

Monitor practices applied in medical care and medical control of claims invoices.

To monitor the proper application of medical protocols by consulting physicians.

Supporting medical teams to improve their performance indicators.

Participation in projects including the health tool redesign project as well as other projects to improve health operations and develop integrated expertise.

To provide input and support the process of contractualizing performance indicators.

Participate in compliance missions, inspections, controls and evaluations.

Analyze existing systems and propose improvements to combat fraud and abuse.

 

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine

Experience in healthcare management, and experience in TPA, is required.

Fluency in French and English

Willingness to travel regularly to Africa

Knowledge of public health systems and best medical practices

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools

Ability to synthesize complex issues and provide clear and timely advice
