Sofitel Bahrain is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh hospitality graduates to start their career in luxury hotels through Accor s INSPIRE Graduate Program.
We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Graduate to join us as Management Trainee in Guest Experience Department for a 12-month development journey.

Recent graduate in Hospitality or Business school.
Passionate about guest service and luxury experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
